Quebec Sales Manager (Bilingual)

Description

We are looking for a bilingual sales leader to become our new Quebec Sales Manager who will lead the Collective Arts brand in the province. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Sales and you will be responsible for driving sales and brand growth across Quebec. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with our brand's vision and objectives, ensuring that our non-alcoholic and alcoholic product lines continue to be successful within the Quebec market.

In your role as a Quebec Sales Manager your responsibilities include:
  • Leading a comprehensive sales strategy to grow market share and achieve sales targets across Quebec.
  • As the face of Collective Arts within Quebec you will lead all account management including but not limited to key accounts, retailers, distributors, and on-premise establishments.
  • You will work closely with our distributor(s) within Quebec and be the liaison between them and the homebase in Hamilton Ontario
  • You will work to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Quebec market, with a focus on increasing brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Working with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, tastings and partnerships that align with Collective Arts ethos
  • Work closely with the national sales team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and key performance metrics to the sales leadership team.
  • Oversee and manage the Quebec market’s Profit and Loss (P&L) statement to ensure profitability for the region
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed shipment and depletion targets, driving sales growth and market share expansion within the province.
  • Accurately forecast sales trends, market demands, and inventory needs to optimize resource allocation and minimize disruptions.

How you will make an impact:
  • Being a part of the largest Sales Team at Collective Arts, you will be on the front lines leading our company’s growth within Quebec
  • You will be the face of Collective Arts within the Quebec market
  • Collaborate with the management team to present market conditions, wins and losses within the Quebec market. 
  • Monitor major trends and support the marketing/brewing innovation team in product development / market viability within Quebec
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relations and promote the good will of the company

We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience as a Territory Manager or Key Accounts Manager in the beverage or related industry, with a proven track record of success in the Quebec market
  • Effective Working Knowledge of SAQ Operating Rhythms & Execution
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Quebec beverage market, including key players, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
