Description
The Collective Arts Brewing & Collective Project team is expanding! We are a fast paced evolving craft beverage company crafting new products in multiple industries such as D9 Hemp, beer, spirits, alc alternatives, and functional beverages. The Territory Sales Manager will help us establish and grow our presence in the Minnesota beverage market. As this company grows, so too do the roles and responsibilities of our employees. In this role you will be the face of both Collective Arts and Collective Project in Minnesota.
A typical day as a Minnesota Territory Sales Manager includes:
- Building sustainable partnerships at all distributors and key accounts by emphasizing the Collective Arts Brewing & Collective Project brands and product value
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Working with the Brand Creative and Sales teams to support the Collective Arts/Collective Project business model
- Represent both companies at select festivals, events and trade shows across the country
- Develops promotional strategy for regional areas in conjunction with our Brand Creative team for on- and off-premise events and promotions
- Developing and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers, bars and restaurants throughout Minnesota
- Developing and maintain existing and new distributor relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and executing against those opportunities
- Collect competitive data (pricing, distribution) and work to adjust as needed
- Develops promotional strategy for regional areas in conjunction with our Brand Creative team for on- and off-premise events and promotions
- Conducts regular meetings with identified customer channels focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
How will your time be organized?
- 40% Brand Education: Hosting tastings, training sessions, and events for both consumers and retail staff to increase Collective Arts and Collective Project product knowledge.
- 30% Event Participation: Representing Collective Arts and Collective Project at Minnesota and national events, trade shows, and festivals to increase brand awareness.
- 20% Merchandising / Selling: Ensuring brand visibility through displays, point-of-sale materials, and making sure the product is well-represented through various retailers
- 10% Market Research & Reporting: Gathering insights from the field regarding market trends, consumer feedback, and competitor activities; reporting back to sales and marketing teams.
We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
- Minimum of 2-4 year structured selling or previous experience as a Territory Sales Manager or Regional Manager in the CPG field is a priority
- Able to provide a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales territory over a full fiscal year
- Reside within Minnesota
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a willingness to travel
- Demonstrated high energy level and possesses a ‘can do’ attitude with an open and apparent positive mindset
- Solid networking capability with a dynamic business acumen
- Possesses outstanding time management and multi-tasking capability
- Fully able to lift 20 kgs multiple times per day
