Description
Are you an energetic and enthusiastic craft beer lover? We’re looking for someone who is passionate, self-motivated and who will foster engaging experiences throughout our Beerhall and Beergarden. As a Collective Arts Brewing Beerhall and Beergarden Support you will be the main connection to our drinkers throughout the space. You will be a face and advocate of our portfolio, help to educate our drinkers, be passionate, engaging, memorable and love all things art, music, and craft beverage related.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract Duration: Until September 2025
A typical shift as Beerhall + Beergarden Support includes:
- Informing customers of the history of Collective Arts as well as the ethos of Art + Brewing
- Greets and provides customers with information on all Collective Arts products
- Knowledgeable about the various ingredients, flavors, styles of beer and other beverages that Collective Arts produces
- Assist customers to make selections by building customer’s confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
- Maintain cleanliness levels throughout the space
- Act as the face of Collective Arts at in-field events, festivals and tastings when needed
- Provides front of house service in the Beerhall and Beergarden serving food and beverages
- Assist with Brewery Tours when needed
We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
- Must have a smart serve certification
- Working experience (1+ year) preferably in consumer goods industry, preferably with a beverage alcohol background, and food and beverage service
- Great communicators! Both verbal and written.
- Creative outlook, passion and enthusiasm for Beer + Art + Music
- Previous experience in a brand ambassador position is considered an asset
- Must be a team player
- Experience with inventory management in a Taproom setting is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with pump trucks and dolley’s to lift and transport products is preferred
- Can work independently and task themselves during downtime
- Knowledge of the craft beverage industry is considered an asset
- Food Handlers Certification an asset
