Merch Pop Up Support
Description
This summer, Collective Arts is heading to the EX as the Official Beer & Cocktail Partner of the 2026 CNE! Alongside our bars and programming across the grounds, we’re bringing a dedicated merch shop to the Bandshell area, featuring exclusive CNE merch, artist collaborations and plenty of Collective Arts swag.
At the CNE Merch Pop Up you’ll help bring the Collective Arts brand to life by creating a welcoming and engaging experience for visitors. You’ll assist customers, sell merchandise and help keep the shop stocked, organized and looking great throughout the day.
Smart Serve is not required for this position!
Contract Duration: Friday August 21st - Monday September 7th
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 11am - 7:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm
A typical day at the CNE Merch Pop Up includes:
- Setting up, stocking and preparing the merch shop for service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized space
- Providing an engaging Collective Arts experience for customers.
- Assist customers to make selections by building customer’s confidence; offering merch suggestions and opinions
- Maintain cleanliness levels throughout the day by organizing a presentable merchandise table
We’re looking for candidates who have/are:
- Previous retail, customer service or pop-up shop experience.
- Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work well as part of a team or on their own in a busy event environment.
- Experience using POS and tracking inventory is preferred
- Experience participating in large and small-scale events
- Creative outlook, passion and enthusiasm for Beer + Art + Music
- Previous experience in a brand ambassador position is considered an asset

Compensation
$20.00 - $20.00 per hour
